About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for leading multiple Brisbane stores, developing high-performing teams and ensuring every customer leaves believing they've just experienced something different.
n
You'll spend your time:

- Coaching and mentoring Store Staff, Managers and their teams.
n
- Recruiting, developing and retaining exceptional people.
n
- Driving sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
n
- Creating a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance across your stores.
n
- Leading by example on the shop floor.
n
- Ensuring our premium customer experience is delivered consistently every day.
n

About You
n
We're not looking for the loudest manager.

We're looking for the person everyone enjoys working with.
n
You naturally build trust,
communicate well with all personalities and know how to motivate people without micromanaging them.

You'll probably have:

- Experience managing multiple retail stores or leading a large flagship operation.
n
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
n
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver sales growth.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- High personal standards and a hands-on leadership style.
n
- A positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
n
- A willingness to travel between Brisbane locations.
