What does a Pharmacy Field Sales Manager Do?

A Pharmacy Field Sales Manager;
n

- Manages 3 Sales Representatives
n
- Forms part of the management team for the Division & attends Management Meetings.
n
- Manages state-based accounts such as Ventura, Pharmacy 4 Less, Your Discount Chemist & Blooms.
n
- Calls on Retail Pharmacies according to a pre-determined call plan 3 days a week.
n
- Details new and existing products to Pharmacists, Retail Buyers & Pharmacy Assistants.
n
- Most importantly, ensures our retailcustomers love our brands as much as we do!

Where could this role take you?
n
Field Sales Managers generally progress into State Management & then National Sales Management roles, but the opportunity to move across functionally also exists.
n

Have you got the goods?
n
At least a few years working as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Pharmacy channel or being an experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager would be a good sign. The opportunity to motivate team members & be part of a management team excites you.

You must have completed year 12, and while higher marks aren't always a predictor of success, you should have at least received an ATAR.
n
Your energy level is 10 out of 10. You enjoy working with people and most of all you revel in setting yourself current goals and achieving them. You're a competitive person and you know how to stand out while playing as part of a team.

Where is the role located?
n
The role of a Field Sales Manager means you're out on the road 3 days in each week. The territory covered is eastern suburbs and south-east. There is country travel every 2nd month. Friday is spent in the office with your NSW sales team; conducting meetings or participating in national meetings.
