As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the manufacture, improvement, and lifecycle performance of our products. Working closely with engineering, production, and product support teams, you'll help deliver high-quality mechanical solutions while driving continuous improvement and supporting customers around the world.

Your responsibilities
n

- Provide mechanical engineering support for the manufacture and delivery of mining equipment.
n
- Review and verify engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
n
- Ensure engineering work is delivered safely, on time, to specification, and within budget.
n
- Support product standardisation, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Assist with product development, design enhancements, and technical problem solving.
n
- Work closely with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve efficiency.
n
- Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), inspections, and quality assurance activities.
n
- Manage engineering changes, ensuring drawings and documentation remain accurate and up to date.
n
- Participate in root cause investigations, non-conformance reporting, and corrective actions.
n
- Provide technical support to customers, field service teams, and regional offices, including occasional site visits.
n
- Contribute to maintaining engineering standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
n
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
n

What you bring
n
n
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
n
- Early career engineering experience in manufacturing, mining, heavy industry, or capital equipment.
n
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering calculations.
n
- Experience reviewing technical drawings and engineering documentation.
n
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, production, quality, and customer support teams.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
- Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering quality outcomes.
n
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and regional offices.
n
