Senior Project Manager - Retail Store Development

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality commercial/ retail spaces? This is an opportunity to join a global retailer as aSenior Project Managerand play a key role in driving their new flagship stores across the country!

Reporting to theHead ofStore Design & Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of new build construction projects—from initial design to final handover. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure new stores are delivered on time, within budget, and toour clients global standards.

What you will do

n

- Lead and managenew build, greenfield retail construction projects
n
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, and cost governance.
n
- Oversee procurement, supplier management, and subcontractor performance.
n
- Ensure compliance withquality, safety, and technicalstandards.
n
- Conduct site inspections and manage site handovers.(Interstate travel required)
n
- Identify risks, resolve issues,



and drive value engineering initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams, landlords, contractors, and global headquarters.
n
- Continuously improve processes, sharing learnings for future projects.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience: 5+ years delivering construction projects either with a head contractor or client side group. New build project and retail project experience will be viewed preferably but not neccessary
n
- Skills: Robust project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Knowledge: Degree inConstruction Project Management(or relevant equivalent).
n
- Mindset: Agile, adaptable, and proactive with a "can-do" attitude.
