The Role

This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role within a high-performing bridal showroom where experience, emotion and excellence come together.

You'll lead from the front, guiding a talented team to deliver exceptional bridal styling appointments while driving strong commercial outcomes. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll set the standard, elevate the customer experience and ensure every bride's journey is seamless, memorable and magical.

About You

- Proven experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets and KPIs
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Store Manager role within retail, bridal, or premium/luxury fashion
n
- A natural coach who enjoys developing others and building team confidence
n
- Emotionally intelligent, with a genuine passion for customer experience
n
- Solid sense of style with an eye for detail and presentation
n
- Confident, driven and motivated by both people and performance
n
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities
n
