TCW Infrastructure is growing, and we're looking for experienced Civil Construction All Rounders to join our expanding team.

Working alongside Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, we've built a reputation for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Due to continued growth, we're seeking skilled and versatile workers with experience across multiple trades and disciplines. Whether you're a carpenter who can jump into formwork and concreting, a steel fixer who can assist with structures, or an operator who isn't afraid to get on the ground and help the crew—we want to hear from you.

About the Role

n

This role offers a mixture of local South East Queensland work and FIFO/DIDO opportunities across a variety of civil infrastructure projects.

n

Projects may include:

n

- Renewable energy projects
n
- Substations and energy infrastructure
n
- Civil and structural concrete works
n
- Commercial and industrial developments
n
- Earthworks and civil construction projects
n

Initially, positions will be offered on a casual basis, with opportunities for ongoing work and permanent employment for the right candidates.

Duties May Include

n
- Formwork and carpentry works
n
- Steel fixing and reinforcement installation
n
- Concrete placement and finishing
n
- Structural and civil construction works
n
- Operating machinery and plant (where licensed)
n
- Civil labouring and general site duties
n
- Assisting with excavation, trenching and drainage works
n
- Reading plans and working to specifications
n
- Maintaining high safety standards and site compliance
n




- Working as part of a team to deliver project milestones safely and efficiently
n

About You

n

We're looking for people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved across multiple aspects of construction.

To be successful, you'll have:

- Experience in one or more civil construction trades
n
- The ability to work across multiple disciplines on site
n
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong focus on productivity
n

Essential Requirements

n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Reliable transport
n
- Relevant trade qualifications, tickets or industry experience
n
- Ability to travel for FIFO/DIDO projects when required
n
- Ability to pass pre-employment and site-specific requirements
n
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
n

Highly Regarded

n
- Excavator, Roller, Loader or Skid Steer tickets
n
- HR Licence
n
- Working at Heights
n
- Confined Space
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- Experience on renewable energy, infrastructure or major civil projects
n
- Multiple trade skills across formwork, steel fixing, concreting and operating
n
