Foreman - Hardscapes & Structural Landscaping

Green by Nature is expanding in Brisbane, and we're looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead site operations, guide crews and deliver high-standard hardscape and structural landscaping projects. Whether you're local or considering relocating, this role offers stability, support and strong career pathways.

You'll work Monday to Friday, with early starts and early finishes, and all uniforms, PPE and tools provided- so you can focus on leading the work, not supplying the gear.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Supervising and delivering landscape construction projects across Brisbane
n
- Completing hardscape works including paving, retaining walls, decks, timber structures and concreting
n
- Reading and interpreting plans and delivering projects to spec
n
- Coordinating materials, subcontractors, machinery and on-site workflow
n
- Ensuring safety, quality and presentation standards are met daily
n




- Mentoring crew members and supporting their skill development
n
- Upholding Green by Nature's values of care, accountability and professionalism

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Cert III in Landscape Construction (or significant relevant experience)
n
- White Card (mandatory)
n
- Strong background in hardscape and structural landscaping
n
- Experience supervising teams or leading smaller construction crews
n
- Commitment to safe work practices and high-quality workmanship
n
- Good communication, planning and leadership skills
n
- Current driver's licence (vehicle provided)
n
