FinXL is seeking a Project Manager - Telco Fixed Products to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities
n

- Lead and deliver product-driven initiatives across fixed telecommunications products.
n
- Manage end-to-end scope for mandatory fibre upgrades.
n
- Drive product and customer experience transformation across the Home Portfolio.
n
- Partner effectively with Network teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
n
- Maintain key project artifacts, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
n
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve operational delivery roadblocks.
n
- Ensure all technical and product deployments align with business objectives.
n

Key Skills & Experience
n
n
- Strong background as a Project Manager within the telecommunications sector.
n
- Deep hands-on experience with telecommunications fixed products and services.
n
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or fibre upgrade initiatives.
n
- Demonstrated success driving product and customer experience transformations.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate with Network teams.
n
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of delivering on time.
n
- Ability to quickly hit the ground running without a steep learning curve.
