Saba Estate Agents is seeking an experienced, ambitious real estate qualified to join our growing team as a Co-Agent.

Working alongside the principal, you will co-manage listings, conduct open homes, follow up buyers, prospect local homeowners and generate future appraisal and listing opportunities within an allocated area.

n

This is a genuine career pathway for an agent who wants to build a strong local profile and ultimately progress into a recognised lead-agent position. Full training, mentoring, systems and ongoing support will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in real estate sales, buyer management or prospecting

- Highly motivated and confident speaking with homeowners
n
- Professional, reliable and relationship focused
n
- Willing to prospect consistently and take ownership of a local area
n
- Coachable, ambitious and eager to learn

- Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience

- Holding a current Queensland real estate registration or licence
