BlueCare, part of Uniting Care Queensland, is seeking a casual Site Support Worker at Pinangba, Cape York Family Centre in Cooktown. The role focuses on safety, security and support for residents undergoing residential AOD rehabilitation, often working alone with perimeter checks and after-hours duties.

You will de-escalate conflicts, document observations, assist with practical supports, and respond to emergencies with on-call management. Shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and nights.
