We are a well established FMCG business in impulse snacking and beverages and are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Rep, Retail Manager or entry level candidates looking to step into the FMCG space.

Do you have what it takes?

As a territory manager you will bring the following:

n

n
- FMCG experience within a multi channel environment, (grocery experience highly advantageous)
n
- A business development mindset by growing both existing and current customer opportunities
n
- Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
n
- High learning agility and being able to think quick on your feet
n




- Excellent time management with a keen eye for detail
n
- An organised approach to planning in advance
n
- An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure
n
- You will be IT confident and have experience in using CRM platforms
n

Other key responsibilities include:

- Meeting sales and margin targets
n
- Coverage of customers with the required frequency
n
- Negotiating and selling, on shelf positioning and new product ranging
n
- Activating promotional plans with customers
n
- Ensure compliance of all WHS procedures
n
