Job Description

- Lead transformation and continuous improvement of safety and quality initiatives across Field Operations
n
- Ensure systems, standards, tools, and practices are effectively embedded into everyday operations
n
- Own the Safety & Quality transformation roadmap
n
- Drive prioritisation, governance, and delivery of initiatives that improve compliance, reduce risk, and enhance operational performance
n
- Partner with stakeholders across Safety, Quality, Technology, People & Culture, and Field Operations
n
- Deliver practical and scalable solutions that support safer, more consistent field execution
n
- Responsible for governance and executive reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes
n
- Ensure investment decisions are aligned to strategic priorities
n
- Focus on benefits realisation translating operational and performance data into measurable improvements
n

Requirements

- Extensive experience leading operational transformation, continuous improvement, safety, quality, or field-based programs within complex organisations
n
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps
n
- Establish strong governance frameworks
n
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through successful implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working
n
- Cooperative and authentic leadership to build trusted relationships

- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complexity, and using data-driven insights to guide decision-making
