We're looking for an Experienced Carpenter who enjoys a wide variety of work and takes pride in doing the job properly.

This isn't repetitive site work.

One day you might be repairing doors and hardware at a childcare centre. The next you're patching and repainting walls after plumbing works, repairing fencing, installing cabinetry or completing make‐good works in a commercial building.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll carry out a wide range of maintenance work including:

n

- General maintenance carpentry
n
- Plaster patching and make‐good repairs
n




- Internal and external painting
n
- Door, lock and hardware repairs
n
- Timber repairs and minor building works
n
- Cabinetry and fixture installation
n
- Silicone and finishing work
n
- General building maintenance
n
- Completing digital job reports with photos
n
- Providing professional customer service on site
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Carpentry
n
- Experience in maintenance carpentry
n
- Strong painting and plaster patching skills
n
- Pride in producing neat, high‐quality work
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n

n

Bonus points if you've got experience in tiling, flooring, cabinetry or other building trades.
