Job Responsibilities

- Lead and embed culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within the store.

- Enable and develop the team to be customer first, people focused and results driven.

- Embed customer excellence while growing store results through clear direction and operational excellence.

- Bring commercial insight to the store, spot trade opportunities and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.

- Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.

- Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life‐changing impact on projects around the world.
