Compliance, Quality and Safety Administrator

Vivir Healthcare is seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance, Quality & Safety Administrator to support our Quality, Risk and Safety function nationally. Reporting to the Head of Quality, Governance & Transformation, this role is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating clinician compliance activities, managing business assets and equipment, and responding to stakeholder enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain clinician compliance records and reporting.
n
- Manage compliance documentation and annual reviews of key business resources.
n
- Coordinate uniforms, equipment and asset management for clinicians nationally.
n
- Manage shared inboxes and email distribution lists.
n
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries within agreed service levels.
n
- Support quality,



risk and safety processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Assist with quality assurance activities and adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).

About You

n

- Previous administration or business support experience.
n
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
n
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
n
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
n
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
