Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MC Truck Driver to join the JS Transport Group team in Heatherbrae, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of poultry feed to Tamworth daily. As an MC Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing

n

Safely operate and maintain a B-Double combination to deliver chicken feed to Tamworth farms

n

Adhere to all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies

n

Plan and manage effective delivery routes to meet customer deadlines

n

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness

n

Liaise with operations team to provide updates on deliveries

n

Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as required

n

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and logbook entries

n

What we're looking for

n

Valid MC class driver's licence with a clean driving record

n

Minimum 3 years' experience as an MC Truck Driver in the road transport industry

n

Excellent driving skills and knowledge of heavy vehicle operation

n





Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

n

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

n

Physically fit to undertake the demands of the role

n

Flexible approach to working hours, including the ability to work nights and weekends as required
