The Role
n
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of a high-performing store. You will play a key role in coaching the team, driving sales results and creating an engaging customer experience.

You will be hands-on in all aspects of the business while helping to build a positive and successful store culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead,
coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential

- Assist with rostering, stock management and store operations

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Senior Retail Leader
n
- Experience within fashion, apparel, footwear or specialty retail preferred
n
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
n
- Strong leadership and people development skills
n
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
n
- A genuine passion for fashion, customer experience and team success
n
- Positive attitude and a hands-on leadership style
