Working closely with our sales team, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing administrative support to our sales agents.
n
- Coordinating property listings from appraisal through to settlement.
n
- Preparing agency agreements, contracts and sales documentation.
n
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and conveyancers.
n
- Managing property marketing campaigns, advertising and social media.
n
- Coordinating photography, floorplans, signboards and marketing materials.
n
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and database systems.
n
- Assisting with market appraisals and listing presentations.
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process.
n

- Has solid computer skills and can quickly learn current systems.

- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.

- Holds a current driver's licence.
