About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Rutherford team. In this role, you'll guide our guests through the car-buying journey and help them find their dream vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
n
- Present and explain our range of vehicles and associated products
n
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
n
- Deliver outstanding post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction
n
- Proactively follow up on leads to generate new and repeat business
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience in sales (automotive preferred but not essential)
n
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
n
- Solid computer literacy and a positive, can-do attitude
n
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
n
n
