Job Description

YMCA South Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Support Officer to take a specialist role within our Children's Services Support Services Team. You will manage CCS and ACCS administration, accounts payable/receivable, debt management and complex account reconciliation, including staff billing for partner schools.

You will also assist the Customer Support Officer team with escalated enquiries.
