What You Will Do:

- Support the planning and delivery of the office relocation project to ensure key activities, timelines, and milestones are successfully met.
n
- Manage relationships with external project management agencies, property owners, contractors, and senior executives to ensure a seamless relocation.
n
- Coordinate and lead an internal project team to prepare for the move, encouraging cooperative problem-solving across departments.
n
- Drive a whole-of-agency communication and support strategy to ensure staff are fully informed, prepared, and ready for the transition.
n
- Oversee post-relocation activities, including issue resolution, finalising the vacated premises,



and completing office closure obligations.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage relationships across all organisational levels.

- Proven track record of managing external suppliers, contractors, and working collaboratively with senior leadership.

- Exceptional organising skills with a sharp attention to detail and project timelines.

- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and resolve issues proactively.
