About The Opportunity

n

Our client is seeking a Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist (dual-qualified preferred) to join their multidisciplinary team in Mona Vale.



You'll work with a wide variety of presentations, including post-operative rehab, sporting injuries, spinal and degenerative conditions, weight management, WorkCover, and DVA patients.

In this role, you will:

n

n
- Manage patients from initial assessment through to full rehabilitation and long-term exercise progression
n
- Work closely with top surgeons, GPs, and allied health professionals
n
- Deliver truly holistic programs that don't stop when pain settles
n
- Have the opportunity to grow your patient base and professional reputation
n
- Refer suitable patients into the new commercial training facility and be financially rewarded for doing so
n
- Refer your patients into the onsite "Guardian" program, run by our Exercise Physiologist
n
- And refer into Shield Healthcare, the nearby commercial training facility, for your patients to go in between your appointments
n

About You

n

You will thrive in this role if you:

n

n
- Are a fully registered Physiotherapist and/ or an Exercise Physiologist (dual-qualified highly regarded, but can be single-qualified to apply)
n
- OR are a Physiotherapist with an exceptionally strong background in exercise prescription (e.g.



extensive strength & conditioning or personal training experience)
n
- Hold current AHPRA or ESSA registration
n
- Take pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
n
- Communicate confidently and build strong patient relationships
n
- Are motivated, professional, and passionate about movement-based healthcare
n
