Carl's Jr. is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team!

n

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for setting the highest standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the guest experience, the workplace culture and financial results.

n

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Hire, train, develop and drive the team to deliver a positive and memorable customer guest's experience
n
- Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to the highest standard.
n
- Take pride in and be passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant.
n
- Listening to customers' feedback and working to ensure positive customer experiences
n
- Completing staff performance reviews and driving a culture of continuous improvement
n
- Managing rosters, shift changes and team meetings
n
- Resolving any employee issues, including grievances, disciplinary action, etc.
n
- Ordering stock from various suppliers
n
- Office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and policy reviews
n
- Checking KPIS and meeting Set budgets and targets.
n




- Managing daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room and general restaurant
n
- Executing marketing promotions
n
- Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that each employee is appropriately trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
n

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
n
- Previous experience within a QSR/ Fast food environment
n
- Positive, fun-loving, hardworking professional leader to build on the excellent workplace culture and provide exceptional customer service
n
- An engaged and energetic team player who celebrates shared success and is willing to go the extra mile to help the team
n
- Speaks clearly and listens attentively to customers and colleagues
