THE ROLE & WHY JOIN US
n One of our Supply Chain Coordinators is off for a new challenge, so we are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join us on a full time basis in Abbotsford. This role offers you:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

As Supply Chain Coordinator you will:

n

n
- Ensure stock is in the right place to sell at the right time
n
- Manage inventory, which includes optimising inventory levels across the country




n
- Maintain, review and adjust forecasts as necessary in partnership with stakeholders
n
- Ensure product data is kept up-to-date and accurate
n
- Work with winery partners to purchase stock and review purchases for accuracy
n
- Coordinate stock takes with warehouses nationally
n
- Provide stakeholders with reports as required
n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

n

As our next Supply Chain Coordinator you will bring experience across supply chain, with experience moving products from A to B ideally on a national scale. If you have basic purchasing experience and have supported forecasting previously, you'll be a good candidate for this role. You'll also bring experience in:

n

n
- Advanced excel, working with pivot tables and beyond
n
- A similar fast paced industry working with a high volume of SKUs
n
- Stakeholder management and being a step ahead of any problems
n
- Data management and maintenance – attention to detail is critical
n

n

If you have worked in the wine industry before, this is highly desirable as you will understand the language and pricing with ease.

n
