Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join its national Returns Logistics team based at Sydney Olympic Park.

n

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing the end-to-end returns process for finished goods and spare parts, partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while driving operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Manage Return Authority (RA) requests from creation through to warehouse receipt and closure.
n
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to facilitate collections, deliveries and exchanges.
n
- Monitor returns, resolve aged cases and manage escalations proactively.
n
- Reconcile logistics reports, identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
n
- Review and validate 3PL invoices while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
n




- Prepare reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise reverse logistics operations.
n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or a similar operations role.
n
- Experience using SAP and strong Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and IF formulas.
n
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain is advantageous.
n
