Supportr is a disability support services provider dedicated to delivering compassionate, person-centred care across Queensland. As we grow our aged care services in Brisbane, we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join us in a blended part-time leadership and direct support role.

This part-time opportunity is perfect for a confident, compassionate leader who thrives in both a leadership capacity and a client-facing environment. You'll lead our support worker team while playing a hands-on role in delivering our disability services in Brisbane.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

n
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of disability and aged care support workers
n
- Overseeing rostering and scheduling to ensure staffing and continuity of care
n
- Managing client intake, care planning, and coordination within our aged care stream
n
- A mix of support work and team leader operations
n
- Assisting with the growth and development of Supportr
n
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

n

n




- 3–5 years' experience in disability support, aged care, or community services
n
- Demonstrated experience in a team leader, supervisor, or coordination role
n
- Leadership experience in health or community services is acceptable for this role
n
- Strong understanding of person-centred care principles
n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Working With Children Check — Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Valid Queensland driver's licence
n
- Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field is required
n
