Cashmere Village Natural Learning Centre is seeking experienced Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team. This role is based in Cashmere, QLD and will involve leading the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

What you'll be doing
n
Plan, implement and evaluate a stimulating play-based learning program that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of each child
n
Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
n
Mentor and coach junior educators to develop their skills and practice
n
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service
n
Liaise with regulatory authorities and comply with all relevant legislation and policies
n
What we're looking for
n
Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families and the team
n
Proven ability to lead,
mentor and develop a team of educators
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications
n
Working with Children Check and National Police Check
n
