We are an expanding company who builds new homes.We are looking for a full-time site supervisor to supervise our new houses and work alongside the great team we have at Dream Scope Homes.

Managing multiple green field new home builds at varying stages
n
Coordinate and liaise withcontractors, suppliers, and clients
n
Ensuring projects run to schedule
n
Ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correctbuildingpractices and procedures and adhered to at all times
n
n
- Work vehicle provided, toll tag and fuel card provided
n
n
Other pre-qualifications will include:
n
Have the ability to problem solve and be thorough with all tasks
n
A passion for building supervision
n
Drivers license
n
Solid communication andmanagement skills.
n
Maintainingrelationshipswith clients and sub-contractors.
n
Ensurequality controlstandards of work at all times
n
Ensure the dwellings are built in accordance with the plans, specifications tender, and approval conditions
n
High-level organisation and attention to detail
n
The ability to manage projects on time and to budget whilst maintaining quality
