About the Role

n

We are seeking customer-focused and driven Salesperson to join our team.

n

The role will be responsible for:

n

Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey.

n

Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable new and used vehicles.

n

Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

n

Preparing quotations and negotiating sales professionally.

n

Maintaining positive customer relationships and following up on enquiries.

n

Working towards individual and team sales targets.

n

Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.

n

Maintaining vehicle inventory records, photographing vehicles and ensuring vehicle information is accurate and up to date for online and website listings.

n

Presenting the dealership and vehicles to a high standard.





n

Representing Dubbo Motor Group with professionalism and integrity.

n

About You

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

A positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

n

Strong sales and negotiation skills or a willingness to learn.

n

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

n

Good computer skills and confidence using online systems.

n

A valid driver's license with manual transmission.

n

Previous automotive or retail sales experience is desirable but not essential.

n

Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check (Company provided)
