Mount St Bernard College seeks a Transition and Engagement Officer to support the successful transition, engagement, wellbeing and retention of students, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners. The role works with families, boarding staff, and external agencies to develop culturally responsive pathways and improve participation.
