The Role

n

We are currently seeking a Structural Technician / Drafter to join our Brisbane team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of various building and infrastructure projects across QLD.

n

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

n

n
- Drafting and delivery of building and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Revit
n




- Ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and Robert Bird Group
n
- Delivering projects within strict timeframes while ensuring quality performance meets Robert Bird Group's objectives
n
- Liaising with the engineering team, external stakeholders and clients regarding project specifications and details
n

About You

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Design or equivalent
n
- 2+ years of structural drafting experience working for an engineering design consultancy
n
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD and Revit
n
- Proven experience in delivering building and infrastructure projects
n
- Demonstrated ability to consistently utilise strong time management skills, with the ability to plan workloads and meet deadlines
n
- Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
n
- Able to work on your own initiative and in a team environment
n
