The bonus may be used to support relocation to Mackay, purchasing tools and equipment, or in the way that best supports your transition into the role.

About the Role

n

- Perform conveyor belt splicing, repairs and maintenance
n
- Support the coordination of site projects, shutdowns and maintenance work
n
- Mentor and assist less-experienced team members
n
- Build robust relationships with customers and site personnel
n
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the business
n

About You

n

You will have:

n

n
- Certificate III in Polymer Processing
n
- Extensive conveyor belt-splicing experience
n
- Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, belt repairs and pulley lagging
n
- Experience in mining, bulk materials handling or industrial environments
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to progress
n
- Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
n
- Current driver's licence
n
