Job Description

Evergreen Life Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Support at Home team in West Gosford, NSW, on a permanent part time basis (two days per week: Wednesday/Thursday). The role focuses on delivering personalised in-home clinical care, including wound and medication management, while developing care plans to support independence and wellbeing.
