Job Description

LSC Homes is seeking an estimator with a passion for residential home building. The role involves estimating quantities, obtaining subtrade quotes, and preparing contracts and home specifications.

You will use Xero for invoices and variations, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinate with the delivery team to prepare compelling proposals.
