BROOK Recruitment ispartnering with an award-winning, full-service marketing and communications agency looking to add a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to its growing Media & Performance team. This is a great prospect for someone with 1–2 years' experience in an agency or media environment who wants to keep building their paid media skills alongside experienced marketers, across a wide range of clients.

You'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated media campaigns across paid search, paid social and traditional media, working closely with senior team members from brief through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
n
- Support integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels
n
- Coordinate campaign timelines, bookings and creative deliverables
n
- Liaise with clients, publishers and internal creative teams
n
- Prepare reporting, analyse performance and monitor budgets
n
- Assist with campaign administration and invoicing
n
- Collaborate with strategy, PR, creative and events teams
n

About You

n

n




- 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, media or agency environment
n
- Hands‐on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics
n
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
n
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with an event background beingan added bonus
n
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn
n
- Property marketing experience is a bonus, not essential
n
