The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, you'll support the execution and growth of Vida Glow's affiliate, creator and partnership programmes across our key global markets.

n

Working closely with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, eCommerce and Sales, you'll help recruit creators, coordinate campaigns, manage partnerships and track performance to drive commercial growth.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Support and grow Vida Glow's affiliate programmes across Australia, the UK and the US.
n
- Recruit and build relationships with affiliate partners, influencers and content creators.
n
- Coordinate influencer gifting, product launches, campaigns and paid collaborations.
n
- Support TikTok Shop affiliate recruitment and creator campaigns.
n
- Identify and execute exciting brand partnership opportunities.
n
- Track campaign performance and prepare insights and reporting.
n
- Coordinate campaign timelines,



product dispatch and creator communications.
n
- Research creator trends and identify new growth opportunities.
n
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maximise campaign performance and creator content.
n

About You

n

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

n

n
- 1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media or digital marketing.
n
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
n
- A commercial mindset and passion for digital growth.
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
n
- A proactive, curious attitude and willingness to learn.
n

n

Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, FMCG or eCommerce is highly regarded.

n

Experience with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, Awin, impact.com, GRIN, Aspire, Creator IQ or similar affiliate and creator platforms will be advantageous.
