Job Description

Royal Freemasons in Victoria is seeking a skilled Kitchen Leader to deliver an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, budgeting, food quality, hygiene and staff leadership in a warm, well‐managed workplace.

You will mentor cooks and kitchen assistants, manage rosters and daily operations, review menus for nutrition, and uphold OH&S; standards.
