We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Civil Labourer to join a busy civil construction project in Gunalda, QLD. This is a long-term opportunity on a major project expected to run for 12+ months, offering consistent hours and overtime.

What's on Offer

n

$39.00 per hour + penalty rates and overtime

n

Travel allowance: $27.32 per day

n

Long-term project (12+ months)

n

6:30am - 5:30pm with some flexibility

n

Duties Include

n

Spotting machinery and plant operators

n

Installing and relocating temporary fencing

n

Assisting with labour-intensive tasks as required

n

Moving materials and equipment around site

n

Performing basic traffic control duties (no traffic control ticket required)

n

Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite

n

About You

n

Previous civil construction or labouring experience preferred

n





Physically fit and able to perform manual work

n

Reliable with a strong work ethic

n

Able to follow instructions and work safely in a team environment

n

White Card (essential)

n

Reliable transport to and from site

n

Advantageous Qualifications

n

Machine operating tickets (e.g. Roller or similar)

n

Traffic Control Ticket

n

Additional civil construction tickets and experience are highly regarded

n

This is a long-term role and is not suitable for applicants on Working Holiday or Student visas. Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights or a visa that allows full time work for the duration of the project.
