We are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to play a key role in shaping a growing business. You will work closely with senior leadership to build the estimating capability, influence the function's development and play a genuine part in the next phase of growth. The operation is expanding across the East Coast and benefits from the backing, resources and financial strength of a major Australian contracting group.

Responsibilities

- Play a key role in building the estimating function as the business grows across the East Coast.
n
- Lead the estimating process from tender review through to submission for a varied portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.
n




- Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities and secure new work.
n
- Help develop estimating systems, processes and capability as the team expands.
n
- Be part of a business where your ideas and input genuinely influence the direction of the operation.

Qualifications

n

n
- Extensive first‐principles estimating experience within civil construction.
n
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, productivity rates and project sequencing.
n
- Confidence in reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
n
- Desire to have a genuine influence on a growing operation, not just the next tender.
