About You
n
You are a proactive and customer-focused supply chain professional who enjoys building strong relationships and working across multiple stakeholders. You have excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage inventory, analyse data and coordinate activities across a complex supply chain network.
n
You are comfortable working with systems, managing competing priorities and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to pursue a dynamic and progressive career with a global healthcare company.

Responsibilities
n
Coordinate end-to-end consignment operations across hospitals, customers and logistics providers
n
Monitor and manage consignment inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and product availability
n
Conduct stock reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies
n
Support hospital, warehouse and field-based stock takes across Australia
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions in SAP and Salesforce
n
Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, RAQA, hospitals and third-party logistics providers
n
Coordinate stock movements, replenishments and inventory allocation activities
n
Support new product launches, inventory optimisation and supply chain projects
n
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
n
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
n
Travel to consignment sites nationally to support stock takes, stock rotation and reconciliations as required
n
To Be Successful
n
Previous experience in supply chain, consignment, logistics, inventory management or operations is required
n
At least 5 years' experience in a Medical-logistical oriented position
n
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to work autonomously while coordinating across multiple teams
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
n
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
Previous experience with SAP, PowerBI and Salesforce is highly desirable
n
Experience within healthcare, medical devices or a regulated environment will be highly regarded
n
Willingness to travel nationally to support consignment operations and stock take activities
n
