Job Description

Labourpower is seeking an experienced WHS/Injury Management Coordinator to strengthen workplace health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation. This is an opportunity to influence best practice, partner with leaders across the business and make a meaningful difference to employees during their recovery.

Reporting to the National HSEQ Manager, you'll be Labourpower's subject matter expert in injury management and return-to-work programs. Working with operational leaders, rehabilitation providers, insurers and medical practitioners, you'll oversee workers' compensation claims, coordinate effective recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end workers compensation claims and return to work programs
n
- Provide practical injury management advice and early intervention support to leaders
n
- Liaise with employees, insurers, rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners
n
- Facilitate case conferences and develop suitable return to work plans
n
- Monitor claims, recovery progress and legislative compliance
n
- Identify opportunities to improve injury management processes and outcomes
n
- Promote a positive culture of health, safety and wellbeing across the business

About You

n

- Return to Work Coordinator certification
n




- Experience managing workers compensation claims and return to work programs
n
- Sound knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislation
n
- Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent communication, organisation and case management abilities
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
