Your Day-to-Day

n

- Generate new commercial sales and leasing opportunities through proactive business development
n
- Build lasting relationships with investors, developers, landlords,



occupiers and business owners
n
- Conduct property appraisals, inspections and listing presentations
n
- Manage campaigns from appraisal through to successful sale or lease
n
- Negotiate commercial transactions while delivering exceptional outcomes for your clients
n
- Provide strategic market advice and commercial property insights
n
- Develop your personal brand and profile within Melbourne's commercial property market
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to maximise referral and cross-selling opportunities
n

About You

n

- Previous experience in Commercial Sales and/or Commercial Leasing
n
- A proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships
n
- Robust negotiation, communication and presentation skills
n
- Highly motivated, driven and commercially minded
n
- Professional, confident and passionate about delivering exceptional client service
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
