At Eureka Villages, we're looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to help maintain our village while providing exceptional support to our residents.

What's the role?

n

Every day is different. You'll be responsible for helping maintain the presentation, safety and day-to-day operation of the village while acting as a trusted point of contact for residents.

n

- Maintaining the presentation of the village, grounds and shared facilities
n
- Completing routine site inspections and identifying maintenance or safety concerns
n
- Assisting with minor maintenance and repair tasks
n
- Providing friendly support to residents and responding to enquiries
n
- Helping ensure the village remains safe, secure and welcoming
n
- Liaising with contractors and reporting maintenance requirements
n
- Supporting the Village Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of the community and assisting with after-hours calls during periods of leave
n

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for someone who is approachable, practical and takes pride in their work.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Experience in caretaking, facilities, grounds maintenance, maintenance or a similar hands-on role
n
- Basic maintenance and repair skills
n
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving ability
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
- A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
n
- A current driver's licence (preferred)
n
- Experience managing operations and security during weekends and after-hours, including responding to calls and escalating issues
n
