Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist

Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a growing, innovation-driven company to hire a Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist. This is a proactive, self-directed role - you won't just be executing campaigns on leads handed to you, you'll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing your own pipeline of leads to directly support business growth.

This engagement begins as a 1-month trial period, giving both the company and the specialist a chance to confirm fit before moving into a longer-term arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Sourcing: Independently research and identify prospective leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
n
- List Building: Build and maintain organized, segmented prospect lists based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria.
n
- Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute cold email sequences and follow-up cadences to convert prospects into qualified leads.
n
- Email Marketing: Plan, write, and send email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, promotions) using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Instantly/Smartlead.

- Lead Qualification: Vet and score leads before handoff, ensuring sales-readiness.
n




- CRM Management: Track all lead activity, responses, and pipeline status in the company's CRM.
n
- A/B Testing: Test subject lines, messaging, and send times to continuously improve open and reply rates.
n
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach volume, response rates, and lead quality with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

n

- Proven experience in lead generation and/or email marketing (required).
n
- Demonstrated ability to independently source leads - not just work from provided lists.
n
- Familiarity with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
n
- Experience with email marketing/automation platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Instantly, or similar).
n
- Robust written English and persuasive copywriting skills.
n
- Highly self-motivated - comfortable owning a pipeline with minimal supervision.
n
- Analytical mindset - comfortable tracking metrics and adjusting strategy based on data.
