Job Description
Unisys is seeking a agile and experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead the design, governance, and delivery of change strategies across processes, systems, technology, and operating models.

You will own end-to-end change strategy, assess readiness and risk, define integrated change plans, and measure adoption with executive reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years' experience in government/enterprise OCM, with Baseline Security Clearance.
