If you are a skilled automotive technician ready to take the next step in your career, Peter Warren Automotive in Lismore is looking for a Master Mechanic Technician to join the Mazda and Hyundai service team.

About the role

This is a role where your technical expertise directly shapes the customer experience and the reputation of two much-loved vehicle brands in the Northern Rivers region.

Your day-to-day will keep you engaged and challenged:

n

n
- Carry out comprehensive servicing and repairs on Mazda and Hyundai vehicles to manufacturer standards, deepening your expertise across two distinct model ranges
n
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults, with access to Mazda and Hyundai approved diagnostic tools and technology
n
- Mentor and support junior technicians, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills alongside your trade
n
- Work closely with the service team to maintain efficient workshop workflow and meet turnaround targets
n
- Complete accurate job documentation, ensuring your productivity and quality of work are properly recognised
n

About You

n

You bring solid hands-on experience and a genuine commitment to quality workmanship that the whole team can rely on.

n

More about you:

n

n
- A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification is essential
n
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, ideally within a franchised dealership environment
n
- Strong diagnostic ability across both mechanical and electronic vehicle systems
n
- A current and valid driver's licence
n
- Attention to detail that means customers leave satisfied and vehicles leave right first time
n
