Rustica Brighton is looking for a talented and driven Café Supervisor to join our team. If you have exceptional barista skills, a natural ability to lead, and a genuine passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

- Barista experience essential — confident on espresso, skilled in milk texturing, and consistently producing high-quality specialty coffee
n
- Experience in a supervisory or senior café role (min. 1 year)
n
- A natural leader who can guide, support, and motivate a team during busy service
n
- Customer-focused — you create warm, welcoming experiences and handle feedback with professionalism
n
- Operationally aware — you understand stock,



cleanliness standards, and café workflows

- Reliable and adaptable — you thrive under pressure and step up when it counts
n
- Weekend availability (essential)
