A property development company is seeking a full-time Project Accountant.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Participate in project cost control and analyse budgeted costs against actual costs;
n
- Manage funding arrangements, cash flow forecasting and payment schedules;
n
- Prepare management reports, project financial reports and investor-related materials;
n
- Maintain an understanding of project progress, contracts, payment milestones and key business activities;
n
- Communicate with project managers, builders, suppliers, banks and finance brokers,



and assist in resolving finance-related and operational issues.

Requirements

n

n
- Mandarin proficiency is an essential requirement.
n

- Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field;
n
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel;
n
- Robust cost analysis, cash flow management and communication skills;
n
- Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to delivering high-quality work;
n
- Previous experience in construction, property development or project accounting is highly regarded.
