The Australian Good Food Guide is the home of the Chef Hat Awards and Australia's only nationwide restaurant guide. We work with thousands of hospitality venues across the country — helping them attract more diners and grow their business.

We're looking for a Customer Success professionalto join our CS team and help manage relationships with our restaurant partners to make sure they get real results from working with AGFG.

n

This is a proactive role focused on retention, engagement, and growth — not passive support.

n

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership and work directly with operators to help them maximise visibility, bookings, and value from AGFG.

n

Your success will directly influence client renewals, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Managing relationships with a portfolio of restaurant clients
n
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring robust early engagement
n
- Helping venues improve performance on AGFG
n
- Running proactive check-ins with customers
n
- Strengthening retention and renewal outcomes
n
- Identifying opportunities for account growth
n




- Solving problems quickly and professionally
n
- Working closely with Sales, Editorial, and Product teams
n
- Keeping CRM activity accurate and up to date
n

This is a fulltime, office based role, working from our Burleigh Waters office. An attactive salary including weekly and monthly bonuses will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
