We are currently seeking a motivated Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our team, supporting both site management and the mobile maintenance team across our Rouse Hill and Roseville operations.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Supervisor, this is a hands-on, customer-focused role responsible for the maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, testing, commissioning, and certification of HVAC and chilled water systems in accordance with specifications and standards.
n
You will work across a broad range of HVAC activities, including commercial and industrial maintenance and installation as required.
n
This role places a strong emphasis on safety, technical excellence, and customer service, and includes administrative responsibilities to ensure all work is completed, documented, and closed out in line with UGL and client requirements.
n
Roster / Working Conditions
n
This position operates on a rotating roster to support continuous operations:
n
n
- 2 weeks day shift: Monday to Friday
n
- 2 weeks night shift: Sunday to Thursday
n
n
Flexibility is required to meet operational and client demands.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Maintain, service, and repair HVAC and chilled water systems
n
- Diagnose faults and implement effective, timely solutions
n
- Perform testing, commissioning, and certification of systems
n
- Carry out installation works across commercial and industrial environments
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and client standards
n
- Complete accurate job documentation and compliance records
n
- Deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations
n
n
About You
n

Your Experience & Qualifications
n
n
- Demonstrated experience maintaining HVAC and chilled water systems
n
- Experience across a broad range of HVAC equipment
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card
n
- EWP, First Aid, and other relevant tickets
n
